I took my first yoga class in 2008 with a friend and immediately fell in love! I mean addicted!  At first it was the physical and strength aspect of yoga that I fell in love with.  Then something changed!  Yoga changed my Life!!!  The way I look at things, How I deal with stress and manage life.  As a mother of five, life can get hectic and challenging.  I discovered mindfulness (and sanity) through my practice. Practicing yoga has made my life better, physically, mentally emotionally and spiritually.  It can change yours too! Yoga opens up an awareness of freedom to leave the craziness of the world behind and to find peace within. It teaches you to live in the present moment and allow yourself to be happy.

I have been teaching as a certified instructor since 2019 at studios in the CT area. I felt it was time to connect my ॐ-ies through my passion and dedication to my practice, which is how THE PRACTICE-ॐ-ie began.
